Contact Email: djbldyllzg4439@outlook.com

2) Summary of key points

  • We collect information you provide (e.g., name, username, email, support messages) and information collected automatically (e.g., device information, usage statistics, crash logs).
  • If you allow it, we collect your approximate or precise location.
  • We use cookies (and similar technologies, including possible web beacons) to support login and preferences.
  • We do not perform face recognition and do not use biometric identifiers.
  • Photos you edit are stored locally by default. If you choose a feature that requires uploading content to our servers, we process it to provide the feature, do not share it with third parties, and delete it immediately after processing (subject to limited exceptions for transient copies).
  • We do not sell your personal information.

3) Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

3.1 Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: name, username, email.
  • Customer support: the content you include in messages to support (and attachments, if any), and related metadata needed to respond.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language/region, time zone, and app version.
  • Usage data and diagnostics: feature usage statistics, performance metrics, and crash logs.
  • Approximate location (derived): we may infer approximate location from device settings such as time zone, if available.

3.3 Location information (with your permission)

If you grant permission, the Service may collect and use your approximate or precise location. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

3.4 Photos and media (with your permission)

The Service may request access to your photo library so you can import and edit images. We do not access your photo library without your permission.

Face and biometric data: The Service does not perform face recognition, does not build biometric profiles, and does not collect biometric identifiers.

3.5 Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (and may use web beacons) to:

  • keep you signed in;
  • remember preferences; and
  • improve reliability and security.

You can control cookies through device and browser settings where applicable; some features may not work properly if you disable them.

4) AI features and server-side processing (optional)

Some features may allow you to upload images and/or text for advanced processing on our own servers (for example, generating content, applying enhanced effects, or performing complex edits).

When you choose to use these features:

  • Processing location: your uploaded images/text are processed on servers operated by us (our own infrastructure).
  • No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded images/text with any third party for processing, analytics, advertising, or training.
  • Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded images/text immediately after processing completes. Temporary copies may exist only as needed for transmission, buffering, reliability, or security and are removed as soon as practicable.
  • User control: you control whether to upload content and whether to generate content.
  • No training/marketing: we do not use your uploaded images/text to train machine learning models or for marketing purposes.

If a feature can run fully on-device, the Service may do so without uploading your content.

5) How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and maintain the Service (e.g., account access, image editing, saving outputs).
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., preferences, settings).
  • Improve the Service (e.g., troubleshooting, analytics, performance tuning).
  • Security and fraud prevention (e.g., protecting accounts and preventing abuse).
  • Customer support (e.g., responding to requests and resolving issues).
  • Legal compliance (e.g., responding to lawful requests, enforcing terms).

We do not sell your personal information.

6.1 With your consent

We may share information when you direct us to do so.

6.2 With service providers (processors)

6.3 For legal reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, a lawful request, or legal process.

6.4 To protect rights and safety

12) Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and, if changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.

13) Governing law and dispute resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
